See proposed agenda here.

Governing Board Elections: To be eligible to hold a position on the governing board, a person must be a NABA-DC member in good standing (meaning dues have been paid) and be nominated for the position at the annual meeting. Members may self-nominate.

The positions open for election are: President-Elect, Secretary, Treasurer, Bar Liaison, and Members-at-Large.
